Lidl produced some great mince pies for the 2025 season and these are their standard mince pie - but they're very good.
A nice sugared top and some very tasty mincemeat. Usually standard pies save costs by moving to use cheaper or a paste like mincemeat. Not here. The pastry is really nice too, not soggy with a good bite.
These are a solid standard mince pie for just 25p per pie - far surpassing a 'church hall special'. Something you could purchase in decent quantities for almost any festive gathering and not be disappointed.
